Ashley Martin

Human Resources Director

Ashley has experience in both public and private sector human resource management. Her previous 15 years of HR experience concentrate in the areas of human resources and business operations affairs including experience in employee benefits, recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, compensation structures, HRIS and records management, HR policy development and legal compliance.   Growing up in Arizona, Ashley completed her BA in Business Management and later completed her MBA in 2013. 

In her personal life, Ashley uses her AAS degree in equine science to pursue volunteer opportunities with local animal shelters, dog rescues and nonprofit therapy programs.  She also volunteers with Junior League of Greenville and gives back through local college teaching programs.
