Jim has over a decade of Information Technology and Engineering experience in both government and private sector.  Areas of focus include software development, research and development, network and system engineering, information security, database administration and leadership.  Jim completed his Bachelors of Sciences in Computer Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2012.
